To roll Langdock out in the smoothest way, management initiated a strategic soft launch of Langdock within a segment of the organization. This approach allowed for gradual adaptation and feedback collection.

Beyond internal applications, ORT Family integrated Langdock's API into client-facing solutions, such as retailer apps for supermarket chains. One innovative feature allowed users to photograph handwritten shopping lists, which were then digitized and checked for availability and pricing in real-time. This capability showcased Langdock's flexibility and scalability, opening new revenue streams for ORT Family while addressing real-world customer needs.

Results: Building Momentum Toward Full AI Adoption

While the transformation is ongoing, ORT Family has already witnessed significant progress. By April 2025, 80 employees were actively using Langdock, with plans to expand to 130 licenses by mid-year. Employees reported feeling more productive and confident in their work.
